November is one of my favorite months of the year. I not only enjoy all that fall has to offer, but Thanksgiving is such a remarkable holiday. It reminds me to pause and remember all I have to be thankful for, something I should be doing every day.
This Thanksgiving is my last in the role of MOHR President, and I look back at the past few years with great thanks to MOHR. First and foremost, I am grateful for each MOHR provider. Collectively, we bring such vast knowledge and experience to the table. I enjoy every interaction I have with members and feel I walk away from those experiences with a much broader understanding of their point of view, as well as the added benefit of professional and personal growth.
We are blessed that we have such a healthy mix of members from the Metro and Greater Minnesota who volunteer for roles on committees, testify at the legislature, and work hard every day to help MOHR fulfill our mission. I am also grateful to our lobbyists and other vendors who help MOHR continue to thrive.
With sincere gratitude, I want to thank you all for the support, kindness, and care you show every day in the work you do. Enjoy your Thanksgiving Holiday in your favorite way.
