Thank You for A Successful 2026 MOHR Spring Training Conference

Presenter leads a session at the 2026 MOHR Spring Training Conference

This month, MOHR hosted the 2026 MOHR Spring Training Conference, "Together We Learn, Together We Lead, Together We Thrive: Empowering Every Voice." Over the three-day conference, attendees expanded their networks, attended expert-led sessions, and sparked new opportunities.

The conference kicked off with a welcome keynote address by violinist, singer-songwriter, and Broadway composer Gaelynn Lea. Following the keynote was a Makers Market featuring artists, crafters, & makers from MOHR members across Minnesota. The conference offered a selection of 30 sessions led by industry leaders on topics such as artificial intelligence, therapeutic intervention, employment strategies, assistive technology 245D licensing, and more. The closing keynote, More Than A Job: How Inclusion & Friendship Drive Success At The Landfill, shared self-advocates Brian Hiljus, Amber Kram, and John Kellas success story, facilitated by Don Lavin and Sherry Healey,
